If you are looking for a new mid-sized truck, GMC now has the answer for you! Earlier this month at the North American International Auto show, GMC released its 2015 GMC Canyon, a mid-sized pick-up truck meant to compliment the ever popular GMC Sierra.
“Not everyone needs full-size capability, but they still deserve strength and true-truck attributes that come in larger models. The Canyon will offer all the capability with confidence – and GMC’s signature refinement that complements active lifestyles,” said the vice president of GMC marketing Tony DiSalle. “It also delivers the technology customers want with more standard features.”
This is the first time in nearly ten years that a new truck has entered the compact/mid-sized truck stage, and this entry proves to be worth the wait.
The cabin of the 2015 GMC Canyon has triple-sealed doors, an 8-inch color touch screen, navigation system, dual-density seat foam for comfort, and up to 4 USB ports and a 12V charging outlet. In its 2016 model, GMC promises to add a diesel engine upgrade.
If you can’t wait to test drive the 2015 GMC Canyon, you’re not alone. But, unfortunately, the truck doesn’t come to dealers until Fall 2014. But, in the meantime, you can check out the newly designed 2014 Sierra which we have in stock now at Simi Valley Buick GMC.
