This summer will feature the launch of the all-new 2015 GMC Terrain and Terrain Denali. With them will come GMC’s new OnStar 4G LTE technology, featuring a built-in Wi-Fi hotspot that can support up to seven devices at once—more than enough for each passenger.
The Terrain will be among the first trucks and SUVs on the market to offer this technology, which will also be later found in the new 2015 Sierra pickup, Sierra HD, 2015 Yukon, Yukon XL, and 2015 Canyon.
Moreover, the GMC Terrain will offer OnStar 4G LTE and built-in Wi-Fi as standard equipment. If you want to browse the internet, download movies, play games, or send emails right from your car, you can—and you don’t have to pay a dime extra.
“This technology is a great feature for all of our customers,” said Duncan Aldred, U.S. vice president of Buick and GMC. “From those who use their Sierra or Yukon as a mobile office, to the families taking trips in any of our vehicles, they can enjoy the benefits of 4G LTE for work or play.”
